Nashville singer songwriter Melissa Greener has that distinct equine quality of being able to magnify and reflect your senses back at you, forcing you to confront, and surrender to them. A seeker through song, she fixes her gaze inward only to discover the universality in us all; dancing the blurred line between the defects and the divine.
After graduating from high school, Greener traveled to Tel Aviv and then to Montreal. She completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in ceramics from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax, Nova Scotia and then taught in Jingdezhen, China, where she began writing songs for what would become her first album. Now four albums later we are pleased to welcome her to The Handmade Shoppe stage.
